Orders will be processed within 2-5 days of receipt. If the product is in stock we will ship immediately. Smaller items are shipped via USPS Priority Mail for a flat rate of $14 for shipping & handling. 

Shipping & handling costs for larger and/or fragile items will be calculated to be sent via FedEx Ground.  We will notify you of shipping costs and ship your item upon approval.

Should you want your purchase sooner, just let us know and we’ll calculate costs for Overnight or Two-Day Air.

If you place an order on a weekend, the order will be processed on the next business day. We are fine-tuning our shipping procedures, so please bear with us. While we cannot predict exactly how long the USPS or FedEx will take to get to you, we will do everything we can to provide tracking information.

Furniture, large rugs and art may need to be shipped as freight; we will provide shipping costs and delivery dates as quickly as possible.

Refunds and Returns:

Our policy lasts 14 days from date of delivery. Contact us immediately if you need to return your purchase as, unfortunately, after 14 days we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused and be in the original packaging. 


Refunds (if applicable): 
As soon as your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
